With targeted audiences, and tailored copy, I was able to effectively speak to parents and families about saving for their kid's future with the Oregon College Savings Plan (OCSP). Saving is hard, and not everyone has the funds to do it right away. Adjusting the brand voice to be approachable and informative, but not saccharine or inaccessible, was essential. But these intentional sends were able to thread that needle.
